What’s a fear you’ve overcome in the past, and how has it changed the way you approach life today?

I used to be terrified of public speaking. The mere thought of standing in front of an audience made my heart race like it was auditioning for a marathon. Determined to conquer this fear, I pushed myself into speaking engagements—each one a mini-adventure in vulnerability. Over time, that jittery stage transformed into a space where I could share ideas and connect with others. Overcoming that fear taught me that discomfort often leads to growth, and that every challenge is just another opportunity to learn more about myself. Now, I approach life with a greater willingness to step out of my comfort zone, armed with the belief that each small victory builds my courage for the next big leap.

Well, that's what I think. Let me know what you think in the comments and let's have a conversation about it.
